4 Week Session
If you're finally ready to make that commitment to yourself and your goals, this is the best way to treat yourself. Together we will establish your goals, ways you can implement positive habits, and build a relationship that will keep you accountable.
This 4 week session include 3 skype/facetime calls, these are extremely helpful for times when you need encouragement. You may email me as many times as you like, we all have questions, I'm here to answer all of yours.
This is a creatively driven style of coaching, I may ask you to complete a creative project, all projects are geared towards motivating you to feel inspired.
